Finding Your Peace
How to keep calm and carry on in chaotic times
I’m going to be frank with you.
Every day, I hear people struggling with something---either personal or collective---but very few of us actually take the time or energy to do something that helps us better manage that struggle.
Part of that is that the struggle itself can be a barrier to getting support. Our bodies are actually SO adaptive that we just keep pushing through the daily slog, never really stopping to say, “hey, maybe there’s a different way to navigate this.”
Most of us have been hardwired to prioritize survival and productivity at a level that limits our capacity to also learn how to do so more effectively.
All to say, sometimes you have to pause the actual day to day living long enough to learn skills to help you better understand and manage the stressors of life.
And we’re here for you.
Tonight, join me and my colleague, Colleen Buckman, for a free, online community session, Finding your Peace: How to keep calm and carry on in chaotic times.
7 pm CST. All are welcome. No registration needed.

For me, this is not about how to keep calm and carry on like nothing is happening in the world around us. This is about how we settle our nervous system at such a level that allows us to tend to our own needs, and the needs of others in our concentric circles of family, friends, neighbors and community, as we collectively experience a very chaotic time period.
We hope you’ll join us and/or spread the word to others who may benefit.
If you can’t make it tonight, here’s a few nuggets of similar content to what I’ll discuss tonight:
